Ingredients

For the Amala: Elebo flour
For the ewedu soup
Ewedu leaf (Jute leaves)
Iru (locust bean)
Pinch salt
Then for the stew tomatoes
+ onions+ scotch bonnet
(blended)
Smoked fish
Kpomo (cow skin)
Cryfish
Iru(locust bean)
Seasoningalm oil
Dry Spices include:
Ginger, nutmeg, cloves
(pound into powder form)

Instructions

For the Amala, pour water in a pot and boil,
Then start pouring your flour and turn quickly to prevent
lumbs.
Turn till smooth and desried consistency is attained.
Package into kitchen wraps till ready for use…
For the ewedu leaves, I washed and blended the leaves.
Some do pound or whisk. Put water in pot and boil
Add salt and iru and ewedu
Whisk and allow to boil for couple of minutes and off the heat
For the assorted stew we boil your kpomo with little
seasoning till soft then.
Fry your tomato blend + iru + cryfish in palm oil till dry.
Add kpomo and the stock
Add seasoning and spices
Allow to boil for a while.
Then add the smoked fish allow for couple of minutes and off
the heat.
Note; Ewedu is prepared almost plain but garnished with
assorted stew.
Serve.​
