Vegetable stir fry

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups blanched
Spinach
1/4 medium size
Onion (chopped)
1 Scotch Bonnet
Pepper (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon Curry
powder
2 strips Bacon
(optional)
2 fingers Beef
Sausage
8 pieces fresh
Shrimps
1-2 cooking spoons
Olive oil or vegetable
oil
Seasoning cube to
taste
Salt to taste

Instructions

Pick and blanch the vegetable if you are using the fresh
Aleho. Chop and set aside
Chop, onion, pepper, sausages, bacon. Dress the shrimps
Heat the oil, and fry that bacon first for about 2 minutes,
then add the onion and pepper and fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the sausage and shrimps and fry for another 2 minutes.
Add the curry, seasoning and correct the salt. If you are
using bacon you may not need to add more salt.
Lastly, add the vegetable and stir fry for about 1 minute.
Cover and cook for another 2 minutes and your stir fried
veggie is ready.
serve with yam or rice.
