Ingredients

2 slices of wheat bread 1 ripe mashed avocado 4 eggs Salt and pepper optional. Lettuce, tomato, spinach, or red onion. 

Soya Milk Ingredients 1 ¾ cups dried soybeans 2 quarts water, 1 pandan leaf 1 slice fresh ginger root, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup white sugar

Instructions

  1. Put 4 eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water until cool. Peel and put eggs into a bowl with 1 avocado. Season well and mash with a fork. Spread over wheat bread. Top with lettuce leaves and another slice of bread
