Fish Pepper-soup and Plantain

Ingredients

Catfish
Plantain
2 tablespoons of
cameroon pepper
4 tablespoon of
peppersoup spice.
Fresh scotch bonnet
pepper.
Scent leaves.
Seasoning cubes (3).
Salt to taste.
Chopped Onion (1
Bulb).
A handful of crayfish .​

Instructions

Wash your plantain and cut it into small sizes .
Add a little water and bring to a boil this should
take 15 mins (After boiling remove peel and set
aside).
Blend your fresh scotch bonnet and crayfish
together or separately .
Clean your Catfish
Add your catfish to your pot, add one and half
seasoning cubes, chopped onions, 2 teaspoons of
peppersoup spice, 1 teaspoon of cameroon pepper,
half portion of the pepper and crayfish mix and salt
to taste, add little water.
Bring to a boil for 5 mins.
After 5 mins take the catfish out of the pot and
transfer to a bowl.
Add 2 cups of water to your pot, your remaining
seasoning cub, 2 teaspoons of peppersoup spice, 1
teaspoon of cameroon pepper, the remaining
pepper and crayfish mix and check for salt
Add the catfish into the pot with the boiled plantain
and cook.
Chop your scent leaves and add into the pot to cook
for 2 mins.
