
Grilled fish and Boli
Ingredients
Scale
1 Medium size Tilapia
2 Tablespoons
Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Garlic
Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Onion
Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
Powder
1 Teaspoon Cayenne
Pepper
1 Knorr Chicken Cube
1/4 Teaspoon
Fish/Chicken
Seasoning
Few Parsely leaves,
thinly chopped
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Clean and descale your fish thoroughly mix all the
ingredients together.
Rub half of the marinade on the fish. Then, leave to
marinate for at least an hour. Rub more of the marinade
on the fish after it’s done marinating.
Then place on an oven rack. Place in the oven and grill
for 15 minutes on each side or until fully Grilled.
Remember to turn the fish over and rub some more
marinade on it if necessary..
Your Grilled fish is ready.
